Animated and energetic, Lee Silber opens our Music City, Nashville conference! Lee explores ways to empower staff at all levels to take ownership of their jobs, take advantage of their natural tendencies, and to go the extra mile for the members. We’ll look at ways to walk in the shoes of our members and connect in meaningful ways by understanding what makes each generation unique. Finally, we’ll study proven ways to get everyone to pull together, step in and step up when needed, and come up with new and better ways to do things. All of this, and we’ll use music as the catalyst to falling back in love with what we do to deliver stellar member service. Afterall, we're in Nashville...let's jam!

Learning Objectives:
  • Learn how to empower staff to think and act like owners.
  • Improve member experience and service;
  • Inspire innovation and welcome new ideas and insights from employees.
